We live in a society were lies have become so common place that we have all convinced ourselves that the lies we tell are truths.
For instance, the paparazzi. Right this very minute, there are people camped outside of Madonna's house waiting for her to pop out
so they can take her picture. They tell everyone they do this so the public knows what the celebrities are up to. But in reality, they do
it for the money. They tell this lie to us, that they do it for the public, so that their jobs seemed justified. This is just one example. All
these people trying to sue the NFL because their kids saw Janet Jackson's nipple, well, that is another lie, because of course their kids
probably already forgot about it, and they are definitely not traumatized, though they are perhaps more educated in the anatomy of a woman.
These people who are suing the NFL are doing it to make money, same as everyone. They tell this lie to the media and to the lawyers and
judges to try and seem justified in deserving the money. This is the problem with this society, the fact that lies seem to be the main way
people tend to communicate these days to get what they want. People have somehow become convinced that through telling the truth,
they will not accomplish what they need to accomplish. It's very strange.
These are just a couple of the lies that our society has become used to telling to make their lives feel more justified and happy,
and the problem is that the people who are telling these lies have become so accustomed to telling them that they believe that
they are truths. This is very bad, not only for us as a society, but for us all as individuals.
